At LuxeDH, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our luxury items, offering a hassle-free 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must remain in their original condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account dashboard and select the 'Request Return' option next to your order or contact our concierge team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Item

  Carefully pack your item in its original designer box and dust bag, ensuring the LuxeDH security tag is still attached, as removed tags will void the return eligibility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master authenticators verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
